Applying for Housing
After being admitted to Mississippi Delta Community College, students are encouraged to complete the housing application as soon as possible. First-time students should submit their application prior to the priority deadline to be considered for campus housing. Please note that a D Number is required to apply.

Housing Application Fee
Please note that there is a nonrefundable housing application fee of $100 for the full academic year, which includes the fall and spring semesters.Housing Application Deadlines
Priority Deadline: April 25 - May 13 2026
Reclaim Current Room: April 22 - May 2, 2026
Returning students must meet the following requirements before completing a housing application:
- Be enrolled in at least 15 credit hours for the upcoming semester
- Have a processed FAFSA on file by April 24, 2026
- Account balance must be paid in full
