Applying for Housing

Students do not have to be fully admitted to Mississippi Delta Community College to complete the housing application. Students may complete the housing application at any time using their D number.

Please note that a valid D number is required to apply for housing, and housing application fees may be paid in person.

New students must meet the following requirements prior to move-in:

• Have a completed FAFSA on file
• Be enrolled in 12 or more credit hours

Returning students must meet the following requirements prior to completing a housing application:

• Be enrolled in at least 12 credit hours for the upcoming semester
• Have a processed FAFSA on file by April 24, 2026
• Have all account balances paid in full
