Cybersecurity Technology
Cybersecurity is an instructional program designed to prepare individuals in the areas of confidentiality, integrity, and availability in information security. Students will learn to install, design, manage, operate, plan, maintain and troubleshoot hardware in a secure information technology infrastructure.
Students completing this program are prepared for entry-level positions in the cybersecurity field. They will have the basic technical skills in network defense, system administration, threat identification, incident response, and secure configuration of devices and operating systems. They will also possess team-building skills, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities that are critical in the workplace.
Completion options include a Technical Certificate, Advanced Technical Certificate and Associate of Applied Science degree.
