Dear MDCC Trojan community members,
We’re excited to announce that the 2024 Mississippi Delta Community College Homecoming
Week is September 14-19! This year’s theme is Coming to MDCC, based on the iconic Eddie Murphy film Coming to America.
The week will kick off with the Homecoming Parade at 10 a.m. on Saturday, September
14, and conclude with the Homecoming Game. The MDCC Trojans will take on the Hinds
Community College Eagles starting at 2 p.m. on Thursday, September 19. The full schedule

Parade
We would love to have you participate in the Homecoming Parade! The parade will proceed
through downtown Moorhead and end on the MDCC campus in the cafeteria parking lot.

Homecoming T-Shirts

Grilling Contest
Are you MDCC's grill master? Show off your skills and enter our grilling competition
set for Thursday, September 19. The Homecoming Grilling Contest is open to MDCC students,
faculty and staff and local community members. Please sign up by Thursday, September
5, so supplies can be purchased accordingly.
Don't miss being a part of this annual, crowd-favorite Homecoming event! To participate

Tailgating
All tailgating will take place on the soccer field. If you have not completed the
entry form, sign up HERE. Tailgate areas will be marked off on the soccer field so you will know where to
go. We look forward to a safe, fun, and festive time. MDCC is an alcohol-free, drug-free,
tobacco-free, and vape-free institution. The MDCC Campus Police Department will strictly
enforce the college’s alcohol, drug, tobacco, and vape policies. For more information
