MDCC Opens Call Center to Help With COVID-19 Response
Mississippi Delta Community College has opened a call center to answer questions about current campus operations related to the coronavirus (COVID-19). Individuals can reach the call center by dialing (662) 246-6322 from 8 a.m. until 5 p. m. Monday – Thursday.
Staff members are available to answer questions related to every area of the college, including Admissions, Adult Basic Education (GED), Business Office/Student Accounts, Canvas, Online Classes, and Financial Aid.
“We are doing everything possible to keep our stakeholders informed during these challenging times," stated Dr. Tyrone Jackson (MDCC President). "It is essential that MDCC provides every student the ability to speak to a live staff member to get answers to their questions.”
